Make sure your contact information is up-to-date

With the recent bylaw changes, it will be more important than ever to ensure that your contact information is up-to-date.

Exercise your right to vote

In 2017, SMECO will begin managing annual meeting voting as a mail-in option only. In order to ensure you receive your mail-in ballot, please make sure SMECO has your correct mailing address.

Stay in touch for outage, billing, and payment matters

SMECO uses the contact information it has on file for your account for a variety of other services, as well. One key convenience of having your current phone number listed on your account is that our automated systems can identify you with that phone number, alleviating the need for you to keep your account number handy. SMECO also provides emergency notifications and outage updates by phone.

Many people no longer use a land line and may only use their cell phone for business and personal communication. If SMECO has your cell phone number on file, but you would prefer we use a different number to contact you, please call to speak to one of our customer care representatives.
