SMECO appreciates your business and we hope you have been satisfied with our service. In order to process your request to disconnect service, please complete the form below. Or you can log into Account Manager and go to Stop Service on the home page for your account.

Do not use this form for reporting power outages. To report an outage, call 1-877-747-6326 (1-877-74-SMECO).

A minimum notice of 24 hours (one business day) is required.

We disconnect service between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. We apologize, but a specific time cannot be accommodated. Assume that your power could be disconnected as early as 7 a.m. If you need electricity all day, consider having the power disconnected the next working day.
