Budget Plan Full Enrollment Form

If you have less than 6 months of usage history for your current residence, please fill in the following information and submit the form. You will then receive an e-mail informing you of the proposed payment amount. Once you respond to the e-mail agreeing to the amount, your Budget Plan will take effect beginning with your next bill.

If you already have 6 months of usage history for your current residence, please fill out the short version of the Budget Plan enrollment form.

Note: Your Payment Plan amount may be higher or lower than your actual usage at certain times throughout the year.

Do you set the thermostat to run the fan / blower continuously?

Central heat pump and air conditioning information is found on the manufacturer’s label. This label is attached to the outside unit and contains the model number. The label is usually located on the back or side of the unit. If you are renting, contact your landlord. The model number(s) must be provided to calculate an even monthly payment. If you do not have a model number, SMECO will assume a 4-ton unit is at the residence when making calculations. If you have any questions, please call 1-888-440-3311.
